For more than 30 years, Dr. Indukuri has diagnosed patients with mental health disorders. He treats child and adult ADD/ADHD, Anxiety, Bipolar disorder, Depression, OCD, and PTSD.
Insurance Accepted
Our office accepts most major PPO insurance plans. We accept Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Magellan, Scott & White, Tricare, UMR, and United. If you have any questions about your plan, please call our office at (817) 222-9907. If we are not on your plan, we will provide the information you need to file your claim for reimbursement.
Self Pay Rates Available
Self-paying is a term used to describe someone who chooses to pay for their treatment directly rather than using private health insurance or a patient without insurance.
We offer self-pay pricing to our patients. The initial visit is $200.00 and all follow-up visits are $90.00. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. No checks.
