Self Pay Rates Available

Self-paying is a term used to describe someone who chooses to pay for their treatment directly rather than using private health insurance or a patient without insurance.
We offer self-pay pricing to our patients.  The initial visit is $200.00 and all follow-up visits are $90.00. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. No checks.
